Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered due to an error on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order, accompanied by proof of purchase and documentation of the issue (e.g., photos).

Customized or branded items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options via trusted carriers. Shipping times vary based on the chosen method and delivery location.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days.

Eligible Destinations:

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Additional fees and extended delivery times may apply for international shipments.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Return Process:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images if applicable.

We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. For ineligible returns, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized, branded, or customized merchandise unless defective or damaged.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted. 

Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started at any time.
